I used the word cellar when I was younger, but eventually I started using basement more often. And basement is fun because in some buildings there are sub-basements. Have you ever heard of a sub-cellar? Of course not. =)
I'd like to build a skyscraper in my basement! 'Course I'd have to have a really big basement... A Big skyscraper building basement with a REALLY tall ceiling. And how many people call them cellars? Mine is a cellar.
