Perhaps. I suspect it's mostly that I perceive the weather as a reflection of my mood -- if I weren't feeling all restless and discontented I probably wouldn't imagine that the weather felt that way, too.
I don't know about that. I think you would fall out of your peace eventually, despite nice weather all the time. It's always nice here (hot and humid, but nice - it almost never goes below 70) but I'm not always at peace. Part of that has got to be because I'm in the middle of a huge city, but still.
