Well, I stumbled upon your web site by accident. Though before I clicked the back button, I saw the word "ResLife". I could not help myslef to read your post. I myself work for the ResLife system at Arizona State University, but am also a resident. The same stuff happens here. No one listens, no one asks the residents what they want, and they have this stupid shit called "FYE" (Freshman Year Experience). They only give the freshman everything, and screw the upper classmen, which it looks like you will be in a year or so. Nevertheless, I completely understand your gripe, and am simpathetic towards your cause. I'm not sure if you have a residence hall association, but I wouldn't use them to make a stink. The best way is to become a correspondant to the newspaper on campus. Once one of our ex-employees started writing for them a few things changed, but not 100%. Good luck and feel free to contact me.
