A 'confined spaces' course? Oh wow! I want to go on one of those.

Tutor: "Are you feeling claustrophobic yet?"
Me: "Yes, slightly."
Tutor: "You know why that is, don't you?"
Me: "Er, is it because this is a confined space?"
Tutor: "Congratulations. You've passed."
(Exit dark wardrobe with certificate).

I just got a card which represents the fact that I completed a 'confined spaces' course a while ago.

My photo is, potentially, the worst ever taken of me apart from the usual 'on the nappy mat' pics from infancy, and it means that my company can now send me into small holes in the ground, as long as they provide an escape oxygen tank.

I "lost" my photo ID three years ago, and, ever since, have used a blank security pass. Don't let them force a photo ID pass/ swipe card on you, Mark. It is the beginning of the end. For then they finally have you. . . then they have your soul. . .
