Talking to Mako last summer, he said that Piquant author Betty Spackman had a wonderful reception of her book on Kitsch. She sold quite a number of copies at a special conference discount.

I hope that there is a Piquant book table. I would like to get my hands on some more Piquant books!

The first half will be mostly stuff from my book with an emphasis on unpacking the idea of redemption and how it applies to the renewal of culture and the cosmos. The latter half I plan on demonstrating how Dutch 17th century culture is an example of how a culture can be redeemed.
