Larry Johnson IS an excellent choice, along with his sycophants at No Rational Thought Left. My choices bring to mind a lot of people, Taylor Marsh, Andrew Sullivan (not really 'left' per se, but he consistently pisses me off, that old prissy queen). Oh, and then there's Christopher Hitchens who I used to like back when he wrote for The Nation. Never mind the likes of Maureen Dowd ... and that wretched Anne Applebaum of WaPO. But I stray ...
Take whatever one you like best from the above list. And I'm gonna play the refs and say I'd rather nominate a definite keeper:
Steve Benen of The Carpetbagger Report.com. He's prolific, smart, funny, and just downright awesome. (And I hardly ever use THAT word.)
Those are some good suuggestions, IVG, but I went with Larry Johnson. Lately, he has pissed me off the most. Sorry, the tour and luncheon goes to James.
