Ah, that type of white supremacist -- first two black Secretaries of State, first Hispanic Attorney General and Secretary of Commerce, possibly the first black Chief Justice of the Supreme Court. Terrible, terrible.

Thank you Curt. As a dual citizen watching the news, the President and the protests these last few days, I've been getting consistently angrier yet trying to understand both of my homes.
CBC aired a "report" on the dividing values between our countries last night, and it so seems to me that they are trying to put a wedge, trying to emphasize and put the European, socialist values in Americans faces.
Worse yet on the other side of the border were bits of clips from American broadcasters covering the President's visit - one interviewee unabashedly saying that the U.S. doesn't need Canada, plain and simple, for anything. Another saying that the U.S. is the best country in the history of the *world*. Both as wrong to me as one person saying to the rest of the world that I don't need you.

I never listen to the CBC without a huge, honking BC filter. They are terribly biased. The BBC is even worse.
