In a biography of C.S. Lewis which I read, they actually revealed the title and authors of the "Green Book"- two entirely obscure and forgettable men (I don't have my copy on hand, otherwise I would quote the names). Lewis may have called the book by a pseudonym for legal reasons, but his argument is actually far more profound since it is not tied down to a specific time and place.
Anyway, The Abolition of Man should be on the list of the best books of the century. I recommend it to everyone I know, Christian or not.
