For a short time in my youth I was also enamoured with Atlas Shrugged. As a propoganda piece it is well crafted. As the basis for living a good and fulfilling life, it is entirely inadequate.
Once one sets sail on the good ship Catholicism, Ayn Rand's little rowboat seems suitable only for shallow waters.
Give me a ship that can take the heavy seas.
