Unless there are still some facts I don't understand, this case is another example of why I decided 10 years ago I could not vote for the NDP/ far left again: they just don't know where to stop in elaborating on ideas that I think start out reasonably (e.g., protection from discrimination; rights to organize at work; providing good government services), but go to pieces when you don't bring in other principles (e.g., common sense; an acceptance that the world is not perfect; the rights of employers, owners, or the public; not forcing the next generation to pay for your services because you won't pay enough in taxes or fees to cover the expenses of government) - although the last Ontario Conservative government didn't do very well on that last point.
