Yeah, agreed (not about the Liberals and NDP, but about spoiling the ballot One thing that frustrates me is people who don't vote, and then try to pretend it is some kind of statement, rather than pure laziness / irresponsibility.

Following your advice (spoiling the ballot, leaving a message) makes a statement - staying home doesn't (well it does, but the statement is that democracy isn't worth the trouble).
