Neat article -- thanks for the link. Reminds me of Looking for Comedy in the Muslim World (which I haven't seen yet).

I couldn't help noting the irony of British people failing to find humor in German comedy ... when British comedy isn't all that funny, either! Sure, it has its American devotees, but it's all rather obvious and weak to me: Dumb and Dumberer with British accents.
