It's such an amazing responsibility to be a doctor, and I know you are more than equal to the task of giving the best care and attention to each patient.
Inevitably, death will come. So crazy and scary! But, as you know, God will give and take life as he sees fit.
Still so crazy and scary though!

I'm sure there will be times you feel alone but I'm thankful he tried to encourage all of you that you ARE a team. That kind of environment would make all work places a better place to be.

I love a hospital that takes the "team" approach. Because children's medicine is so much more than one doctor's opinion! Glad its going well!
