5k for a car...tats alot man.back in those day..getting a car done need less than 1k..or is it tat in 7yrs inflation goes up 7 times..haha

just ask ederic's father how much he paid to sponsor a scout car last time and you would know the current sponsors are being taken for a ride!

i still feel 1k should be more than enough to construct a good scout car even when inflation is taken into consideration.
