Not meant to be mean, but whomever worked on these clearly shows lack of skills in composition and context of 3d imagery. My advise would be to have a look at many others and try to emulate those that people consider (collectively) as acceptable. These would not even cut it at an architectural school - not even someone in 1st year of a 5 yr programme (here in the states).
