Ms. C believes that cats do indeed have vain moments. Her cat that came before was almost all black, and she had a preference for the color black. Whatever guest was wearing the most black would be her lap for the day!

That is a gorgeous, breathtaking picture of Abby! I really love looking at pictures of her because she reminds me of my tuxie boy Max. Yeah the best pictures just happen and they need nothing else. I don't know, I know how to be cute and blinky so I can get out of trouble. Does that count?
Well, cats get frightened when they bump into something and need to do displacement grooming to get over that.
Maw sez dat originally the words wouldn't come at all. Like she would need a certain word, and another word would pop out that had nothing to do with what she was looking for. And she would wonder where that came from (before she found out that she had the stroke).
Over time, it has decreased and now when she is tired, the word will be on the tip of her tongue, but won't come out and she will start stuttering and it will pop out then. So each step is an improvement over the previous steps. Very slow process to rework the mechanisms of the brain.
