No to “stimulus” bill. Here’s why:
Since Obama’s earnest drive to convince the nation to weaken its economic strength through redistribution as well as weaken its national defense, has confirmed the very threats to our Republic’s survival that the Constitution was designed to avert, it no longer is sustainable for the United States Supreme Court and Military Joint Chiefs to refrain from exercising WHAT IS THEIR ABSOLUTE CONSTITUTIONAL DUTY TO DEFEND THE NATION FROM UNLAWFUL USURPATION. The questions of Obama’s Kenyan birth and his father’s Kenyan/British citizenship (admitted on his own website) have been conflated by his sustained unwillingnes to supply his long form birth certificate now under seal, and compounded by his internet posting of a discredited ‘after-the-fact’ short form ‘certificate’. In the absence of these issues being acknowledged and addressed, IT IS MANIFEST THAT OBAMA REMAINS INELIGIBLE TO BE PRESIDENT UNDER ARTICLE 2 OF THE UNITED STATES CONSTITUTION. Being a 14th Amendment ‘citizen’ is not sufficient. A ‘President’ MUST BE an Article 2 ‘natural born citizen’ AS DEFINED BY THE FRAMERS’ INTENT.

Personally, I think that there should be some mechanism for assuring that candidates for Pres and Vice-Pres meet the constitutional requirements you list. Otherwise, what does the requirement mean? Ideally this should have been settled long before the election, or even the nomination.
My suspicion is that Obama could prove he is a natural born citizen, but has not done so because the proof would embarrass him in some other way (e.g. showing a different father).
Possible dual citizenship and/or the citizenship of his father are irrelevant, if he was indeed born to an American mother in Hawaii. Dual citizens, including my sons (American & French), are eligible for the Presidency, provided they meet the other requirements.
I'm not sure we can imagine how terrible it would be for this country, should what you are calling for come about. Do you actually want the military to attempt to overthrow a popularly elected President, certified by the Congress, and sworn in by the Chief Justice? Contemplate the aftermath of that for just a moment. I can't imagine a single SCOTUS Justice or member of Congress backing that, nor should they. I can't imagine more than a small fraction of the military backing it either, nor should they. We are not Pakistan or Argentina.
The horror of that nightmare scenario dwarfs any damage Obama may do as President.

Ted--
"Framers' intent"?? How do we know definitively what their intent was? We all have opinions on that, but I don't recall reading anything in the Constitution that says, "By the way, you better read our minds, because that is what counts, not the literal words".
Much of what they wrote was deliberately ambiguous, both as a matter of compromise to allow at least some language, and as a matter of principle, to allow future interpretive changes.
Personally, I think the literal words are not too bad as they are. It's the skewed interpretation over the years that has gotten us in so much trouble by short-sighted judges and idiotic politicians.
