oh yeah...and oh so good it is... once the populace figures it's all free, then look out for the emergency rooms to get crowded with people that have nothing worse then a cold and then the waiting begins....and waiting....and waiting...until people start dieing. Thats not even to mention the financial burden there is to run the system.
