I wouldn't have wanted to be the first purchasing generation 1.0 of that thing; less than 2 months later, Apple dropped the price almost $100 for purchasing generation 1.5 --

BZ - Generation 1.0 also had a lot of problems, that have been recently fixed. It never hurts to wait a version, or 2, before buying.

I'm with Tim, AB. I hate cell phones. I've let mine run out of minutes on purpose. LOL! Actually, I detest phones period. I don't enjoy talking for hours on a phone and most of my women friends will talk for hours if I let them. Then there are the telemarketers who call whenever I'm in the middle of cooking or sitting down to eat. GRRRR! You could safely conclude that I'm not a phone person.

Robert M....couldn't have said it any better. I can't stand Apple. I find they have the most unnecessarily complex and stupid programming available on the market.

I can build a computer practically blindfolded, and fix most computer problems. BUT do you think that I can figure out that damn stoopid "i-Tunes"?!? Why the hell would you create a huge program for a little device, when "drag 'n drop" is much simpler and faster?
