Entourage is yet another example of how HBO is practically GIVING away their programming - what is it, $13.95/month??? HBO consistently gives the "tiny yet stellar guys" more chances season after season. And for that, they have my undying devotion. |

The pretty nasty reviews (particularly from TWOP) for the first season disenchanted me from taking a look, but the clips and reviews from this season have been much better. |

Personally, just treading water since the end of the Tour de France. I have enjoyed Rockstar: INXS. Don’t have HBO, so haven’t seen Entourage…I do wish someone would release Cupid on DVD. |

The show is no different than last year. It is SATC with guys instead of women, less sentimentality, and modestly more plot. In other words, instead of being a gay man's fantasy about what it's like to be a fabulous woman in NY, it's an adolescent guy's fantasy about what it's like to be hip in LA. Don't expect too much and it's fun. |

Actually, i'd argue that Entourage is much better this season. The writing is tighter, the characters better defined (no longer is it just Vince-and-three-guys, but the three guys have more defined roles and personalities), and perhaps most importantly, they've toned down the soundtrack so that I can understand the dialogue AND lkeave the episode without a headache. Entourage is the rare TV show where I'm surprised when it ends because I can't believe half-an-hour has already gone by. Last season I didn't feel that way. |
