Do you charge early takers as well? I reckon I was one of the 500 who sent for the paperback version.
I can't recall how I got wind of it however. Perhaps this blog? Matter not. I did indeed enjoy reading it. It's sharp, economical and entertaining. And certainly educational. I hope prospective clients have read it, enjoyed it, and asked you to pitch your savings away. Well, the latter I does not wish for you. It's an unfortunate side-effect of our industry screwing each other and acting like cheap whores. Come to think of it, hookers rarely delivers on their promise before getting payed in full. I've heard.
