When I start giving tours to Megiddo I am so playing Armaggedon on the bus to get ppl in the mood. BTW, interesting Tour Tidbit: While expanding the prison grounds at Tzomet Megiddo this past year, they found the remains of a very early (4th c) church mosaic floor. Just goes to show that Christians took this place seriously right from the get-go.

Steg - I think it's actually "Valley of the Nut" (Joz = Egoz).

You sure it's not an Arabization of Nachal Yehoshafat, one of the various nicknames for Nachal Kidron?

Baka al 'Arbiyah = West Baka ('Arbiyah=maarav in Hebrew)
Baka al Sharkiya = East Baka
Look at a West Bank map for villages with Arbiyah/Sharkiya in their names, you'll see there too that one is west of the other.
