Gravatar I'm in the same situation, visiting suppliers and presenting to their upper management. In my humble opinion, a high quality work wardrobe is very important. That doesn't mean you have to spend a lot though. Sounds like you were on the right track with the KC case. I did the same thing with my shoes. Good, high quality dress shoes will last 20 years if properly cared for. I recommend going to Nordstrom (or the like) and finding a high quality pair of shoes on sale (marked down from $300. The soles will eventually wear out, but a shoe cobbler can re-sole them for $20. Just some food for thought... great post though!
