Mike, I watched the full interview on Youtube and I'm puzzled by David Frost's lack of a comment to Bhutto's Bin Laden statement, as well as her tone which implied that she was reminding Frost of common knowledge. The subsequent dots do a convincing job of connecting though.
I forgot to mention that I tried a search pertaining to the interview on Al Jazeera's site but received a "searching not available" reply. Have you seen any articles about this on Al Jazeera? A Google search seems to just come up with the Youtube videos and bloggers.
It's quite amazing. Jen did a lot of research - I'd forgotten about this because it was never mentioned again.
