I am relay sorry that BBC employee ( specifically Afghanistan section ) do not have any understanding of the principle of Journalism and allowed them to give death threats to people .
If this happened in London which is BBC HQ is that would be a big shame for them. I am sure the person who get death treat would take BBC to court ( just next to his office) But unfortunately its happened in Kabul and the BBC think BBC has any right to do and what ever they want do and no one can complain . a big shame for this news agency.
I f you could send your complain to the director of BBC and its copy to World service I am sure they would deal in a proper manner and will investigate it instead of sending to the Zaher Tanian who is himself a fascist .
some people who work for the BBC apart knowing English which they learnt in Pakistani course mostly they don’t have any proper education such as a degree however they claim they have MA, MSc, and PhD which is all fake and they produced in Peshawar Pakistan so don’t expect them to understand the freedom of expression and principle of journalism .

If it wasn't so pathetic, it would be laughable! They can't put together sentences? This is their language! I pray you are beginning to feel more secure in your land. Now that you know the BBC will not do anything to you, except try to get you to stop helping America and England!
We miss you over here at your team site. You could post anything you like. Have you any poems? Any beautiful pictures of you country? Do you have a wife yet? Children? Those would be beautiful pictures! To protect their identity, you could e-mail them to me. The way, no one will ever be able to find who wrote them! Just the pictures though. I love your writing! Hey! Could you turn this into a song know as the blues?
The blues are sung whether people are happy or sad. It tells a story. I love them, because it tells so much about life. Give it a try?

How very kind and wise you are! In America, they go after our leaders all the time. Except they use lies. Plenty of words. One Englishman man committed suicide because they brought shame to him. They lied about him. No one was fired. It is shameful. Freedom does not mean irresponsibility!!! Well, many think it does, once they have had it for so long. They forget how hard it was to achieve. I pray you live a long, happy life! I pray the same for Sohrab!
One Quastion come in mind how this people get job in BBC if BBC don’t accept responsibility ?
May be they threaten BBC head of the region and get the job to use the Cooperation for their gang agenda !!! poor BBC !!!Who we should blame? Its not the time for the BBC to check all his employee record? How many of them are killer and drug dealer and god knows how many murders who did a lot mascaras in that country , or may be this employee one day was a Taliban fighter or one of the loyal man of osma bin Ladin who knows how many people he killed?
BBC get a life and if u wana keep your image first look agian past record of your staff.
Give them Hades, Sohrab! Do NOT back down from this issue; it's what freedom is all about, something the BBC seems to have forgotten.
Just posted a complaint to the BBC website; everyone else who reads this site needs to as well.
Sorry to hear those things about BBC I owuldn't be shocked though sicne II am from Iran I see that they really don't cover a lot of news about the freedom movements in Iran and their news is mostly biased.

I just sent Mike Gardner an email requesting clarification of their accusation that Sohrab sent a death threat to himself their response to Sohrab's complaint.
Let's try that again...I just sent Mike Gardner an email requesting clarification on some of the points of the BBC's response to Sohrab's complaint.
Many years ago in the United States, there was a popular song with the lyrics, "I'm gonna sit right down and write myself a letter, and make believe it came from you..." I remembered that song when I thought about the BBC's response.

Hi Sohrab and all,
be sure that Gardner and/or Sambrook and/or Tanin, know very well that their response was a pretty political one. In other words I'm sure they exactly know what happened to their IP and what to do about their staff, be it in London or in Kabul. Actually the "noise" that one of their office should have made, for example ...throwing threats through the web, has been growing too much loud. Thus, another member of the staff is now possibly surfing the web in order to report when the whole thing calms down ...^^v^^
SHAME on the BBC for behaving that way!! Keep on standing firm, Sohrab-show them they can't trick you or push you around!!
