Unfortunately the Afghanistan constitution is ambiguous in many aspects, including the article article three. It says no law that contradicts with the Sacred religion of Islam (article three) can be passed, whereas many laws passed already contradicts with the Sharia law, and this will be a never ending battle.
I wouldn't worry too much about this Afghan Lord. When fixed and wireless broadband comes to Afghanistan, Afghans will be able to watch anything they want online Inshallah.

Dear Ali, I have many Pakistani friends and they are all wonderful people. I have nothing against Pakistani people who wants peace in Afghanistan, people who does not support extremists and terrorism. However there are those people and government who supports and have been supporting extremists for decades. Over 80% of Taliban in Afghanistan around 7 years ago was Pakistanis.
Exclude the friendly Pakistani brothers but the small minority of people and the Pakistani Government are the ones that makes people around the world hate ALL Pakistanis. That is very sad!
Regarding refugees in Pakistan, please read this:
The British-drawn Durand Line of 1893 demarcated the border of modern-day Pakistan and Afghanistan with little or no thought to the Pashtun people who lived on either side.
This statement clarifies that Pashtuns (Afghans) are living in their own area where they have lived before Pakistan existed and nobody can move them from there or call them as refugees as it is their own territory.

You are absolutely right that Pushtuns are afghans who live on both sides of border. . .But KARACHI .. the commercial capital of Pakistan. . is replete with afghanis and Pushtuns . .. and thee are large number of Afghan refugees now living in PUNJAB . .which is again not Pushtun terroritory even 100 years ago

Wow. Let me ask a simple question:
Why does the Taliban usually smash the Pakistani army when they fight them?
Why does the ANA (Afghan National Army) and NATO always defeat the Taliban 20 to 1 or 50 to 1?
Why does the Taliban (mostly Pakistani Pashtu backed up by Uzbechs, Chechans, Pakistani Panjabis, Arabs, and Afghan Pashtu) always lose almost every engagement with the ANA big time?
What is wrong with the Pakistani army?

I have informally heard that more Pakistani army soldiers have died fighting the Taliban than the total number of multinational forces that have died in both Afghanistan and Iraq combined. The Pakistani government is understating the actual combat deaths.
