I say, how many more $$$ and how many more lives? I was all in favor of getting Osama bin Laden. But, after Bush's messing up Iraq, we're supposed to clean up what he started in Afghanistan? That's what I say to Richard.

Hi, I am just curious about your opinion regarding something. I heard onthe news a couple of days ago about new laws introduced in Afganistan regarding women. Something like if a wife refuses to sexually please her husband, he is allowed by the law to not feed her. And that a woman is not allowed to get a job without a written approval from her husband. How do you view this? I deduce that you must not be in favour of such laws which clearly discriminate and take away peoples freedom, which is something I can see you feel very strongly about, but it is also your culture so maybe you view this from a different perspective than I do.
