Well, if you check the small print of the latest edition of NYTeacher, you will find a letter from a retired teacher who does stand up for the excessed teachers. That's why the letter is hidden on the bottom of page 19 instead of the front cover.

I stand corrected.
Can't anybody impeach Rhonda (her given name) for derelection of duty? Can't anybody file a lawsuit to get rid of her and her cronies? She is destroying our union. I don't know how to do a blog or build a webpage but someone should publish all their salaries so the members really know what they are paying for and how Rhonda and company are ripping the teachers off.

Great article and it is what I have been saying all year. The DOE recruits new teachers knowing they won't last. Randi and gang cares only about their own and not the classroom. The parents are ignored by Bloomberg. The result? Low morale, fearful teachers, and a large turnover.
