It's kind of sad to see this simplistic, nuts and bolts approach to education. You can bet Klein and Bloomberg would not subject their own kids to this sort of treatment.
In fact, I just read that Bloomberg's kids went to a private school with 14 kids per class, as did Klein's stepdaughter. These are the same folks who fight class size reduction with every ounce of energy they can muster.
If you look at the updated Quality Review requirements, they've added a new bullet point to address arts education. I go to training on it tomorrow, so I should know more after that.
