Don't forget all the toilets and windows in all the new luxury buildings Mayor Bloomberg's and former Deputy Mayor Doctoroff's cronies have built all over the city in the last six years. They have to be cleaned too.
You are correct. The only time it is children first is when it is to cut the school budgets and hurt the students.
The DOE's children last program continues with the closing down of after school programs, tutoring, and enrichment programs.
By the way how many managers in Tweed were eliminated from the budget? I would guess the number is zero.
