Actually, most of the people moving into those condos will send their kids to Dalton or other "elite" schools....

What the mayor really would like to do is what he did with Livingston Street. Sell schools or property in prime areas to his friends for pennies on the dollar and then have more luxury condos built.

You forgot Prisons first, Prisons go before schools because if we can't educate them we need a place to put them.
