I agree with you on everything you said.
The 2005 contract disaster. The ATR mess (I thought like Randi that Klein would blink and not waste money). The Fair Student Funding (FSF) formula that penalizes principals from hiring experienced teachers.

However, I must point out that had our union took a pro-active stance and not a reactive (Randi is always shocked) one, we would not have these problems.
