New Joisy, wadduyu exspect?
Ah yes. We have hundreds of New Jersey students, and I have come to the conclusion, based on my experience with them and all of the New Jersey vehicles in this fair state, that nobody from New Jersey should ever be allowed behind a wheel. Every near-accident I've had since moving here has been because of a New Jersey driver.
That's why I'm all in favor of a constitutional amendment allowing you to ram anyone guilty of the following offenses:
1. Driving in the left hand lane below the speed limit and refusing to move over to the right to allow others to pass you
2. Not going when the light turns green.
3. Using the left hand lane to slow down to make a left turn when you have a turning lane to use to slow down in.
REminds me of the stumbling blocks (tests) the NCLB law is putting in front of us to keep us from doing the real job of teaching.
This car sounds way too familiar. Yesterday it was in front of me on the Belt Parkway. Even though it was in the right-hand lane, it was impossible to change lanes because all the other cars were coming up fast. That morning he was in the left hand lane on the BQE.
Both times the cars in front of it were way ahead.
But on the streets of NJ it's worse.
However, most of those towns have a cop car hidden among the trees in some driveway just waiting for them NY plates. That is why you can be on a 40 mph road and all of a sudden it turns into 20 for less than a quarter mile.
Watch out for those speed trap towns.
Reminds me of the joke people making about paying a toll to get out of Jersey- "It's worth it!"
We're infested with them out here in California also. You can identify them by the cell phone glued to one ear.
