Well, he turned the lights off after the News exposed him. I don't think he's going to bother iwth good teachers of small classes anytime soon.

Yeah, I think that's what "we" should do: Ignore common sense and hope for the best. Of course, the best in that case may not be all that good...

Are you aware of the recent study that shows air pollution lowers intelligence. Or how about the one that shows kids who live near busy roads suffer permanent lung damage? I can't understand why you're bashing a great idea like congestion pricing, just because you don't like Bloomberg's education policies. Also, this plan would raise $400 million a year for the city government - you know, the ones who pay our salaries.

I didn't see this story as bashing congestion pricing. It's about priorities I think. And this mayor won't use a dime of that money, if it's ever realized, to pay teachers.
