I used to think Giuliani was OK --- I didn't agree with him 100%, but as a moderate republican he seemed no worse and a lot better than some of the jackasses the GOP touts as saints. But the more attention he gets the more his hypocrisy shows.

And just think - if he gets the Presidency, he has an AG in place (Mukasey)who believes that Waterboarding isn't torture. Unless we elect a Democrat,(and my vote would be for Dodd), we will be in for an even worse 8 years that we have had. The Justice Department will remain the same and the Constitution will be even more shredded than it is today.
