It's all about the up-and-coming School Report Card. The principal wants to look good at the expense of students and teachers.
I’m in no way responsible for the stupidity and incompetence of the people I work for. However if I OBEY them and do something illegal or immoral then I have no one to blame but myself.
If these allegations are true why did the teachers go along? If the answer is they felt “threatened” by the administration what was the threat, getting fired, having to teach health? If teachers are so afraid of being fired then where will they draw the line? Will they turn a blind eye to even more serious wrongdoing than grade changing?
Good questions.
Zippy is correct. Why didn't these teachers stand strong in the first place?
Were these senior teachers who should know better or the new generation of teachers with little to no backbone?
