Only 34 studens in a classroom? Why, that would have sounded like heaven to me when I was teaching 39 fourth-graders several years ago.

34? I spent 35 years years teaching Music Appreciation to 50 in a class.
Somebody at the BOE/DOE thought it was Phys. Ed.

I also taught classes of 50 in music appreciation. That should give you some idea how much the city values the arts.
