There are so many special ed teachers looking for jobs that I can't believe this school could not find one.

I think it was more a budget issue and they didn't want to spend the money on something as important as meeting the needs of these students and reducing the number of students per class. Having a student who needs services sit in a 30+ class roster is such a disservice to the student and teacher.
