They look like 16 wheeler trucks to me, but they could be buses, I guess.
"16 wheeler trucks" wouldn't be parked like that, there isn't enough room to manuever them. If that were a container yard, I would be more suspicious. Unforunately it's the RTA bus yard in New Orleans, so yes, those are buses.
