Perhaps they're my size? Love the colorway. Your pal is a lucky person. First lucky because of getting the socks. Second for having different sized feet or your pal wouldn't get the socks. *laugh*

I know just what you mean. I'm making beautifull socks for pals, friends and family. The ones I keep are the ones I'm not particularly proud of at first. But after a couple of wears, they grow on my feet and on me. You know, your pal will love these socks just as much as you loved knitting them. They are gorgeous!
