It really bothers me when women like Gloria Steinem stand up and dare to speak for an entire gender. They do not represent me and it frustrates me that their voices overpower any others.

This is why the women's suffrage subject is always broached by men. Men are sick of the feminizing demands of the loudest women and then start with the "this all happened when women got the right to vote" meme. Sigh.

I am planning a post on this soon - it's been brewing in my mind too long.
