I am a First Southern Baptist, and this man embarrasses me. There is a way to interject religion into political without bringing the whole Church along with him. He is corrupting 'his' Church!
In which way could we do this? Well, the Bible says, "Thou shall not murder." We have laws against murder. See? Elected officials are given much, and much is demanded of them...by God, whether or not they foolishly spend the money of the masses!
Our elected officials will be held to account on Judgement Day, but until then, we need to stop them at every turn they take!

I would much sooner punish myself than my country. I vent. Do you mind? Tough. When I vent, that's the end of it. I am not the type of person who holds things in or re-hashes them. Life is too short.
