Judging from your comment, just like everyone else, you failed to bother reading the analysis I linked to. That claim in the report is addressed in detail there and I have yet to see anyone who has read my post respond to the points made by the author.

Or are you saying that the report merely asserts what you quote and doesn't bother to justify that claim? I'm sure you'll say of course not, but then the question becomes, does the claimed support and reasoning stand up to scrutiny? Read the article, rather than simply rely on a convenient headline.
