If thats all to it then it sounds pretty transparent. Not a bad idea as long as he stays the "college course prepatory" route.

Barnstorming, I think. They seem to play various high school teams across the country.
I sent Kenny an email, so hopefully he'll get back to me and clarify some things. (Namely how the NCAA figures into his operation.)
This whole thing is a scam. My cousin was brought from out of town to be on his team. They lived on their on and had to pay their own bills. He said they only practiced once a day. They had games in a middle school gym and sometimes the teams never showed up. They only travled to 3 or 4 out of town games. They didn't have real uniforms. My cousin went back home after my aunt and uncle went to see him. They couldn't believe what was going on. They never had real classes or text books. He told them lies after lies. My cousin went back home and has not talked to any of the guys back in NC but he said the coach never put them in touch with any college coaches. They got put to shame when they played the famous prep school. He called home wanting to leave. Do your research. It's not hard to see this man took these people's money. From what we heard, he does not talk or know what's really going on with any of the guys. When my cousin came home he told us about how guys were getting upset because they didn't know if they were going to college or not.
Don't let him fool you with his fancy suits and car. He has been going from pillow to post, owing people money everywhere. Do your reserch. Let's stop him from coning others. Check out his website. Buy a brick yeah right, to throw?
I am a family member of a victim of this Con Artist...he not only takes people's money but steals these kids hopes and dreams. I can't believe he is not behind bars. Although he is pretty hard to find do to having no physical address and hopping from rec center to rec center before they found out the real deal. More parents should come forward and not be embarrassed about being conned. This is the only way he will be stopped! The worst part is he is going around saying he is doing the Lord's work...the last time I checked my Bible...the father of lies was satan.
Thank God for the internet! Now people can know the real deal. I am a victim of this Con. Not only did he have a "so called" prep school team but he created a high school team as well for 2006/2007 which promises of that never came to be! Last all of 5 games of which we didn't even have enough players for the games. Never even got the so called uniform that we paid for. I notified Kenny Drummond myself for a refund and of course that would never come to be and couldn't even contact him after that because he conveniently changed his cell phone and address (which wasn't the correct one to begin with) and even took his website down for a while. Now it's back up and he's now soliciting more money. The website is an absolute joke...check out the staff all of 1 person...that is Kenny Drummond...same goes for the board which he says he keeps confidential. This is truely unbelievable and I am on a mission to stop this man from conning any other families!! His theory is supposedly helping children when in all actuality he is hurting them!!!
Find a real job Kenny and stop trying to live off of others and their children's expense.
I am also a victim. I befriended him, thinking that I was truly helping out a man of God. He seemed loyal at first, but once he gets you on his side that's when the games begin. He tells every woman that he mets that you were sent to him by God. These women are usually single with children so that he can create an image of trying to help children. I truly believe that there are some underlying issues there other than being a con man. A mental health assessment would be in his best interest. I am praying that others won't get hurt.
I live in Jamestown, NC and recently saw Coach Drummond in the area. Coach Drummond currently lives in High Point, NC. I happened to have seen him there. This is not his home. The house is located on Triangle Lake Rd. It is a brown wooded house on the right that sits off the road. It is diagnally located accross from a local churh. The home has no number on it, but it has a gravel driveway with several mailboxes on the street. Good Luck to All!
I appreciate everyone coming forward with comments...lets get together and stop this Con Artist!! Having no number on the house...very convenient and typical. Anyone else that could help with information would be greatly appreciated. Bryan...just for the record he is not a coach...how dare he portray himself as an nba player being cut 9 days before they started!! We need to get the truth out and stop him NOW and can't do it without your help. He threatens with his so called attorneys...that is really funny because that is what we want... to get him in front of the judge and get JUSTICE!!

Wow...I did not know that all this was going on. I do not know anything about my uncles business, but I really do not like he way that he is being portrayed by you asswholes. If he is doing wrong then yes he deserves to be criticized, but if he is really trying to help these kids that is great. Those of you that are calling my uncle a con artist can kiss our whole families ass. Get your fucking facts straight....he was not cut from the NBA team before he got started. Suck on that!

As I glanced over the above comments I noticed only 1 in support of Mr. Drummond and that was from a family member. Her comments were laced with many four letter words which is exactly how these people, who were duped, by Kenny, feel. Let's get real hear. I had the privilege of going to Junior College with "Fox". Schooled him every chance I got and if he says different he's lying and he does that well.
I would never ever send my kids, or an enemy, to anything affiliated with this man. What a JOKE!

Spend a little time researching the topic and the evidence against your uncle before making such childish and immature remarks. Many parents and children have come forward with their complaints and proof of his scam and he will now face a judge to be punished, oh and you since you are so christian, how do you think god and/or jesus would feel about this? To his niece....since there are more people commenting AGAINST what Drummond is doing and they have been a victim, it's obviuos that there must be something to it. I doubt very seriously if these folks would just be writing something adverse just to be writing it. So maybe you don't know your uncle like you think you do.
Today Kenny Drummond was a substitute teacher at Jefferson Elementary school in Greensboro. After hearing this, I contacted Guilford County HR as well as Principal Feagins at Jefferson Elem. to notify her of the type of teacher her school was putting in front of students. Hopefully he will not finish the day .

Need help getting a current address for Kenny Drummond. In June I went to small claims court and won the settlement against Kenny. To no suprise he has yet to pay up. I filed a judgement against him for defaulting on the settlement. Unfortunately he was not able to be served because he has moved again. Imagine that. If anyone has current address for him please post so that he can be served again.
