Not really a hoax but a part of the CWS gangs that also own and operate adwaredelete and antivirusgold that this so called hoax will open to when clicking the "Click Here" link.

This is starting to be seen around the CWS areas and if you run windows 98, 2000, or a test machine as I do without an XP service pack would tip you off right away that something isn't right with the page...
