Internet banking.. u should look some of the web interfaces of www.bancoreal.com.br, www.itau.com.br, etc, they have nice vkeyb, anti-spyware activex, anti-hook and a dozen more stuff for security of the users...

Really worth for ya come to visit...
and then comment about it... Citibank Vkeyb looks like a 5 yrs old html page near Banco Real solution.

They should stick with the mouse click entry, and use a randomly jumbled keypad based on images.
