Though the video doesn't show the exact URL, I can certainly corroborate the general point.
I have been tracking CWS exploits (and the 'mainstream' spyware they install including DR and friends) from child pornography pages since Q4 2004; it has been going on at least that long, probably much longer.
There are a few different CWS groups that use thumbnails that appear to be child porn, without any clickthrough content (they just link through to partners in the traditional 'circle jerk' style). There's also one group that has larger images and promotes sites provding the very worst kind of material, and have recently started their own exploit hub loading the usual suspects.
Obviously I don't intend to post the domains involved here; drop me a mail if you want more.
