Hope she succeeds in getting the case moved to a Federal level. Maybe 180Colusions will get their just desserts, along with the other two.

Actually, the motion to move to Federal court was done by the defendants... IANAL, but I wonder if that might make it easier on them rather than the California courts.

If they could take this to the UK, they'd be laughing...
In the UK we have the data protection act, which states that information (personal or otherwise) cannot be taken from the dataholder's machine without their consent. 180solutions clearly do this, and as such could be charged under this act.
I hope they bugger 'em good, anyway
