I'll bet those some of those Google search results are the result of links in blog comment spam, message board or guestbook spam.

I've gotten a lot of blog comment spam with links to sites with domains like romanticmaui.net/texas-holdem.html.

The domain squatters lie in wait for popular domains to expire so they can snatch them up and use them for evil purposes.

In a way your right Suzi, however, this one is listed in google by the Meta tag discriptions and all pages beneath the main re-direct to their major porn site.

This one also has sites in your favorite 69.50.161-191.* Atrivo server that are nothing but links to their other sites and they too run the zero day wmf.
