I believe they are in the process of "moving house" - shifting their domain to another host that don't force crazy 404 redirects onto the end user. Of course, that is assuming what they're saying is actually true.

It's also rather odd that the domain went live shortly after it was pulled the first time, complete with Yapbrowser download but minus the Zango software..

Owner YapBrowser is Klass(John Helbert, same icq numbers).
He is the member of lolitas/CP board DarkMaster.

It host own projects on "Dimanit" hosting(Eltel). Dimanit sell lolitas/CP sites.
Eltel long time hosted illegal sites. But no one yet could shut off it. The Russian lolita webhosting Eltel apparently has a support in the government of Russia.
